The onsite team along with the managing agent ensures that the services are maintained to the whole development for the benefit of residents. The services are provided in accordance with the terms of the lease signed by each owner of a property at St James Park.
The onsite team carry out inspection and limited repairs to the common areas of the developments in cases where external contractors are not required.
The site manager is Russell Hill who can be contacted by phone on 0161 737 1810 or by email at siteoffice@stjamesparkapartments.co.uk.
The site office is open from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

St. James Park (Salford) Limited is known as the Management Company and Directors of the Management Company are normally appointed during the Annual General Meeting to approve policies that will ensure that the development is properly managed.
