All the apartments, whether one, two or three bedroom properties, offer spacious, well-planned and proportioned accommodation and all include gas central heating. Some apartments still retain original features and fittings such as fireplaces from the nineteen thirties that add both charm and character to their modern facilities and appeal.
All the apartments incorporate remote video, audio and electronic control links to the pedestrian gates and building entrances enabling residents to monitor and admit visitors without having to leave the comfort of their homes.
All external maintenance and decoration is the responsibility of the St James Park Board of Directors. Internally, owners are free to alter and decorate to suit their own needs and tastes (structural alterations, however, must be approved by the management board).

Every apartment on the St James Park development is privately owned and although recent years have seen the value of the properties rise considerably, St James Park still represents exceptionally good value.
