Or a Sauna if a more relaxed approach is your way of unwinding.
The following facilities are also available: Male/Female changing rooms, Shower facilities, Wash room/WC
(i) Usage of the Gymnasium is complimentary for Residents of SJP, please check with the Site Manager for access and authorisation for use details plus opening times.
(ii) Terms and conditions of use apply.
(iii) Residents using the Gymnasium, Sauna and or any of the equipment do so at their own risk.
Car Parking
The majority (i)(ii) of apartments at SJP offer a designated car parking bay, in most cases this is included in the purchase price of the property, if you are renting a property this will again in most cases be included in the cost of the rental of the property.
(i) In both of the above cases you should check with the property vendor, landlord and or agent as to car parking availability for the property concerned prior to entering into any contract or agreement and also to ascertain the parking bay number.
(ii)Terms and conditions for Car Park usage and eligibility apply, please check with the site manager for full written details.
Recycling
SJP offers residents plenty of opportunities to recycle and there are several mini recycling collection points around the development, these have proved so popular with residents that we recently vastly increased the number and size of recycling bins.
BBQ and Picnic Areas
Not only do we boast beautiful gardens but nestling amongst these are several purpose built BBQ and Picnic areas and benches, park benches are also located through-out the gardens for residents to enjoy.

manage parking enforcement at St James Park Apartments.
When parking your vehicle on SJP property the following must be observed;
• All vehicles must be fully parked within a parking bay.
• All vehicles must display a valid tax disc or valid SORN notification, all must be clearly visible within the windscreen.
• Failure to display a valid tax disc or SORN notification will result in your vehicle being removed off site immediately.
